If you are worried about gaining weight on your vacation, slipping too much out of healthy habits because of late summer nights, or just need an extra push to get you started, this is the podcast episode for you 🙌🏼
It’s for you who know what to do to reach your goal, but still not doing it. So I will give you 5 simple tasks to do each day. It’s only 5 days, so should be very achievable. All you need to do is commit!
