In this episode we have our first guest onboard - Helena Cheng! Helena is a Senior Manager in QBE's Group Treasury function, primarily responsible for banking & funding arrangements. Helena is an advocate for ESG financing, diversity and inclusion and has worked on a variety of transactions & projects both at QBE and ANZ's Institutional Banking division. Helena is a USYD alumni, having completed her Commerce & Law degree in 2014 and is an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW.
In this podcast we take a closer look and share our thoughts and perspectives about how Diversity and Inclusion has evolved in the workplace, any challenges and experiences that we have faced and look at how it is evolving both from a product space and within the workplace!
