Today I'm pleased to be able to introduce to you my guest, the amazing Sammie Lee. She has had an incredible journey to become the gorgeous gregarious girl you'll see today.
I'm going to preface this episode with a trigger warning.
Sammy's story is one of resilience, transformation, and deep healing. It is a story of triumph and success against the odds.
From a young age, she faced traumatic experiences that included sexual abuse, bullying, and the development of life-threatening eating disorders.
In fact, she went from flatlining six times to becoming a sought-after eating disorder expert, trauma-informed coach, motivational speaker, and mentor.
