The first step in shifting our culture starts with ourselves. We need to lead our best lives. We need to document and share who we are and what we value…essentially what we want our legacy to be…so that we can lead that best life, knowing we are mortal and could say goodbye at any time. Without having an ongoing relationship with our own mortality, no matter what age we are at, we may lose the opportunity to share what's most important to us.
This episode introduces the concept of an Ethical Will, where it came from and how we should modernize it for everyone to use (without the pretense of religion). The modernized version, a THIS IS WHO I AM document, is presented by Illume Lifeworks and this show includes a preliminary list of what to include, starting with identifying your core values.
