On this episode of Bud’s Beer Blurb, I had the absolute pleasure of hosting Mary Cate (@marycatetv) and her husband Jeff Colapietro as we dove headfirst into the world of craft beer—chatting breweries, doing reviews, and, of course, enjoying some stellar brews.
But that’s not all! We also took a detour into their Disney World adventures, adding a little magic to the mix.
Speaking of magic, we were treated to an unforgettable beer pairing experience featuring an incredible meal from Carbone’s Kitchen (Bloomfield, CT) and top-tier pours from Dudleytown Brewing Co. (Windsor, CT).
Back in the studio, Nick and I cracked open Rotting Earth DIPA by Abomination Brewing Co., straight from Twelve Percent Beer Project (North Haven, CT)—and let’s just say, there’s nothing rotten about this beer.
