Sally Ross, MA, is a Somatic Healer and Certified Integrative Health Coach based in Victoria, BC. She helps clients release chronic pain, anxiety, and trauma by reconnecting with the innate wisdom of their bodies. Trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté and certified in Dr. Zach Bush’s Intrinsic Health model, Sally blends trauma-sensitive care, somatic tracking, and intuitive guidance. Having overcome 30 years of chronic illness herself, she empowers clients to access their natural awareness as medicine for healing and nervous system regulation. Her mission is to create a world where healing is inner-led, helping people steward their energy and experience the body as a sacred instrument of wholeness.
