This week we're going to talk about what to do when you have either TOO Much to do or you've over-scheduled, over committed, over-controlled yourself and your life and you need to pump the breaks and REST.The purpose of this episode is that I want to send you all off into the end of summer and fall with the knowledge that it's OK to take a step back not always be pedal to the metal with your growth journey, and with the tools to keep your vibe and energy high while still growing and enjoying your life with grace and ease. At some point, we have to let everything we've learned settle and actually integrate into our lives - right?!This will be the last episode of the summer (2023) before I come back later this fall/winter with new episodes, as I practice what I preach in this episode.Segments of Today's Episode Include:-Announcements about schedule/future episodes-How to tell if you're spread too thin-Immediate actions to take-How I've altered my own routine to slow down-Longer term ideas to help slow down and nurture yourselfI'll pop in with an announcement when I have a better sense for when the podcast will be back with new episodes later this fall/winter, and in the meantime.....
