Episode 144: “A Shadow of a Drought”
Professor Chris G returns to Azalea Town, where a devastating drought has dried up the land and shut down the local Gym. When Ash accidentally upsets the Slowpoke-loving townspeople, the journey takes a strange turn involving disguises, ancient legends, Team Rocket’s latest scheme, and the mysterious Slowpoke Well.
This episode also introduces Kurt, explores the history of Azalea Town, and asks whether Slowpoke really have the power to bring rain by yawning. Join Professor Chris G for a detailed breakdown, a fun Pokémon fact, and the final star rating.
