This is a personal message of thanks to all those of you who have messaged me or called to offer support following the sudden death of my Mam on October 1st. I have some amazing friends and followers who have reached out to me. Thank you all.
I wanted to record how I’m feeling and trying to come to terms with the grief and loss.
Remember to enjoy your archery, but most of all reach out to friends and family and check they are ok. Don’t put it off.
