In this reflective end-of-year blog dive, I’m revisiting one of my favorite mindful creative practices — my Jar Full of Joy. Throughout 2025, I wrote down one small moment each week on a sticky note, and now I’m reading one memory from every month to look back on the softness, growth, and gratitude woven into a year that wasn’t always easy.
From creative wins to personal challenges, this practice helped me slow down, stay grounded, and notice the good things I might have forgotten otherwise. I also share the jars I decorated, the one I gifted, and what I’m planning for next year’s joy jar.
