Paul’s great. The timeline is a crime.
Paul Narita is a great character. The problem is that the story that gave us Paul makes absolutely no sense. Rachael and Jenn get into one of Days of Our Lives’ most maddening continuity knots: when exactly was John supposed to have fathered Paul, and why does every attempt to place it on the timeline make things worse? From Belle suddenly calling Paul her older brother to the chaos of SORASed kids, broken canon, and writers who don’t seem to know their own history, this episode is a loving but exasperated rant about what happens when soaps stop respecting character logic.
