A proposito di questo titolo

This episode is not a lesson.
It’s a conversation.

After surgery, recovery, and months of living with pain, I hit record to tell the truth about what healing actually feels like when no one’s watching.

The good days that confuse you.
The heavy days that flatten you.
The physical pain that limits your body.
And the mental war that quietly tells you you should be further along by now.

In this episode, I talk openly about chronic pain, identity loss, fear loops, and the moments where your mind becomes the hardest place to live. I share what it’s like to navigate healing without a roadmap and why struggling mentally in pain doesn’t mean you’re broken..it means you’re human under pressure.

After sharing my story publicly, I received hundreds of messages that simply said, “me too.” This episode is for everyone who feels behind, isolated, or ashamed of how long healing is taking.

You don’t need to have it figured out.
You don’t need to be inspirational while you heal.
And you’re allowed to move at your own pace.

If you’re in pain...physical, emotional, or mental—this episode is an invitation to breathe, to soften, and to remember that you’re not alone.

It’s okay to not be okay.
