For example, instead of spending hours of time waiting to speak to an inexperienced employee working in customer service - customers are able to utilize AI-powered chatboxes to efficiently clear their queries in a much shorter amount of time. However, it does have its drawbacks. AI's are taking over jobs leading to devastating impacts on many individuals. It's also being misused to fake personalities leading to tons of personal data being leaked. So should we let AI take over? Or is it actually doing more harm than good?
