Episode 1 of the Women in Music podcast introduces the purpose of this series and features guest radio consultant Heather Leigh Stanley. We begin our conversation by discussing the sexism she's experienced in the business, such as being treated inferior by her male counterparts, being paid less than fellow men in radio and being stuck in the role of the "token female" in broadcasting.
