Episode 5 — Why Is Their Life So Much Better Than Mine?
Have you ever looked at someone else’s life and suddenly started questioning your own?
Their studies. Their looks. Their relationships. Their achievements. Their life in general… and somehow, yours starts feeling like it’s not enough.
In this episode of UNTOLD, we’re talking about comparison — where it comes from, why jealousy and envy can sometimes hide behind it, and why we tend to compare ourselves most when someone has something we deeply want.
I also talk about university, social media, feeling behind at 21, and how comparison can sometimes reveal things we actually want for ourselves.
And after talking about people leaving our lives in the last episode, we’re also asking what happens when we start looking at the people who stayed… or simply moved on without us.
Maybe comparison isn’t something we need to completely get rid of. Maybe we need to understand what it’s trying to tell us.
