Then we get into what’s been on our minds lately: our complicated relationship with social media, why everyone suddenly wants to throw their phone into the ocean, and how being constantly connected somehow makes it easier to neglect the people actually in our lives. We’re talking friendship maintenance, being more intentional, protecting a little privacy, current obsessions, journaling, sports fandom, and the very underrated art of simply being unreachable for a minute.
Basically: a lot of catching up, a little existential crisis about our screen time, and your regularly scheduled oversharing.
