Her work is trauma-informed and pelvic-centred, helping women reconnect with their pelvis through embodied yoga, breath, and practical practices. She mentors women through life transitions and trains teachers and therapists in programmes such as Pelvic Love Sessions, Womb to World, and Mother Love.
