What happens when employee wellness extends beyond the workplace? In this episode, we're exploring how wellness can be about more than taking care of ourselves—it can also mean taking care of the communities around us. We're joined by two of our wellness captains and our Manager of Corporate Wellness to talk about the co-op's recently updated wellness program and the community service component that encourages employees to put wellness into action. We also explore how this initiative connects to one of our core cooperative principles: Concern for Community.
