I share my story where overnight I went from being the only child, to the oldest of 5 foster siblings, and the middle child in between my foster mother's 3 adult children. I share how I was bullied by her adult children, manipulated to run a household, and confused at a very young age about my identity. We acknowledge how impactful adolescent years are on building self esteem, confidence, and trust within yourself. Can healthy relationships be built on unstable foundations, or does patch work need to be completed before building starts? Listen and learn.🎧
