It was such a joy to be in conversation with Sonja Harrison, LICSW, a therapist specializing in somatic healing for Black women. Sonja is also the woman who helped me reclaim my life and find my way back home to myself.
Together, we explore how fear operates within us, between us, and through the systems and institutions that shape our lives.
As Black women come together to imagine and build new worlds, what do we need to understand about fear? How do we recognize its influence, heal what needs tending, and move beyond the patterns that keep us from building together?
