For the next few weeks, I will be looking at some of my favorite stories from the sacred texts. I love me some minor prophetsts, so I'm starting with one of my favorites, Amos. As you hear, I get so excited that we have to go ahead and break it into two parts so in this first one you'll hear the first 5 chapters and Amos' passion for the poor and oppressed and crying out for the lack of justice and righteousness. We'll be talking about fishhooks, pieces of an ear, and getting bit by a snake. FUN!
