A proposito di questo titolo
In this episode, I’m sharing a personal and professional update that’s been a long time coming.
I’ve built my business on Instagram for the last eight years. It’s been central to my growth, my visibility, and my work in the world. And for a long time now, it hasn’t felt right.
In this conversation, I speak candidly about what it’s been like to realize that something can still “work” and yet feel performative, forced, and empty. I share the moment that made it impossible for me to ignore the truth any longer, when trying to create a simple face-to-camera reel felt so off in my body that I couldn’t make it land no matter what I did.
This episode isn’t about algorithms, strategy, or what you should do instead. It’s about outgrowing a container, releasing an identity I no longer resonate with, and choosing to lead and create from a place that actually feels aligned with who I am now.
I also talk about:
-
Why I’m stepping out of my “Instagram coach” era
-
The difference between sharing wisdom and performing for attention
-
Why I no longer desire to be on platforms that feel noisy and depleting
-
What it means to stop fitting yourself into a box you’ve already outgrown
If you’ve been feeling the same quiet resistance, this episode is an invitation to trust it.
