If you haven't heard the news...IT'S A CRAZY SELLER'S MARKET!!!
- There's one house for every 2,000 buyers
- There's only a week of home inventory left
- New listings get 250 showings a day
- In three days, 114 Offers come in...most in cash for hundreds of thousands over asking and often including the buyer's first-born
- Sellers are laughing all the way to the bank
- Buyers are all frustrated and losing every home they want

A little exaggeration for effect? MAYBE. 

BUT, it's not far off from what the news is reporting, what friends are telling each other around the water cooler, and what agents are telling each other and putting out to their clients.

So what's the REAL real estate reality?!?
How in the world could this possibly be a good time for a buyer??
Who would have the NERVE to say this is actually a GREAT time to buy?? Maybe even dare to say that this is a BUYER'S MARKET?!?
