Have you ever wondered why you’re afraid of flying? Obviously, just sitting in an aircraft that soarsacross the sky feels unnatural to us; but statistics don’t lie: it’s one of the safest forms of transportation, perhaps even the safest of them all. If we were fully rational beings we wouldn’tbe afraid at all. However, our fears come from a deeper place and it’s important for us to understand this: the world in which we grew up in; or trust issues regarding others; or perhaps again, we just had a bad experience in the sky and now we’re heavily conditioned by it. In thisepisode, we’ll see how to face those moments before takeoff with exercises and suggestions.
