On the first episode we talked about Dhyana; a state of multidimensional awareness in which you witness the objects of the physical senses, plus the mind and the energy of life that permeates your body. With this practice, we surrender to the present moment and become one with existence without the interference of the mind. When we become one with existence, our sufferings, anxieties, fears, angers subside. 
zenmOn this episode we offer a guided meditation to help you practice getting into this state of Dhyana. A state of "no mind" in the cloudless field of consciousness. 

In Zen

Cristiano has been a meditation practitioner for 20 years. Beginning under the guidance of a Tibetan Buddhist Lama from the Nyngma school, he practiced diligently for ten years before converting his practice into Zen. Cristiano's motivation is to bring people's awareness on how "right" meditation can lead to ultimate mental wellness.
