A health scare which turned out to be a panic attack was the wake-up call for him. His appeal to everyone in that situation is to not wait until that happens, even a smaller weight loss could very much change the course of your life and prevent that. 🙏
We discuss a lot ranging from the differences between our journeys and our commonality of having broken a number of plastic lawn chairs. 😁
