We discuss his approach to tackling the challenges and grief that eventually affected his family including both his parents' deaths and his experiences being raised as an Asian in a leafy London suburb in the 80s and 90s. He eventually found his way to the Philippines, where he and his brother changed the face of Filipino football forever.
