One of the best ways to save on home energy costs is to keep an eye on the temperature. That's made all the easier today by a variety of new programmable and smart thermostat technologies. What these high-tech thermostats cannot do, however, is settle disputes between people in the household about what temperature is most comfortable. We call these quarrels, thermospats.
In Segment 1 we talk to Dondra Goldsby, a marriage and family therapist, about how to enhance our relationships, including how to lower the temperature when disagreements arise about the temperature. In Segment 2, we learn all thermostats themselves from Tyson Brown, manager of strategic partnerships at Google.
