In this episode, I've invited Artemis and Bhairav, the creators of Anuttara Ashram, to talk about all things Tantra. We discuss the difference between neotantra and traditional tantra and the potential dangers of the Western approach to Tantra which has become mostly and mistakenly focused on sex. We cover the basics of non-dual Tantra, which is what they teach at the ashram, as well as the connection between Tantra and science and how different rituals can be used for manifestation purposes.
Artemis and Bhairav also share some useful advice on how to deal with emotions and as a bonus episode, they've shared a meditation from their online yoga and meditation teacher program in which you can practice this technique.
