Darren "Daz" Adam is a Wim Hof Method Instructor from outside of Glasgow, Scotland. Daz was a member of the Special Forces in Scotland's Army before a motorcycle accident that broke almost every bone in his body and left him on life support ended in a medical discharge. From a traumatic youth to a traumatic adulthood, Daz found the Wim Hof Method's power for healing; not only physical pain but deep emotional pain that allows him to "feel again".
