Enough Already: Minimalism and Intentional Habits to Create Space for What Matters Most. There's a moment most of us reach — when what we're holding onto stops serving us and starts costing us. Time. Energy. Peace. Impact. Space. Enough Already is for high-capacity people who are thriving in some areas and surviving in others, and who are ready to examine what's actually in the way. Hosted by Lauren Craddock — author of Own With Intention, minimalist coach, and teacher — this show explores minimalism not as an aesthetic, but as a practice. A way of asking harder questions about what you own, how you spend your time, and what beliefs are driving your life. Each episode combines real-life minimalism, transformative habits, and honest conversations with people who hit their own "enough already" moment and chose differently. This isn't about perfect homes or extreme minimalism. It's about creating space for what matters most. Choose intentionally. Live transformed.Copyright 2026 Lauren Craddock Scienze sociali Successo personale Sviluppo personale

  • "I Might Need This Someday" Trap
    Oct 7 2026

"I might need this someday" sounds like preparation. Lauren calls it what it was for her: a scarcity story. After moving a U-Haul's worth of belongings across the country and releasing them over the following seven months, she shares what that story cost, what was underneath it, and how to test it.

    In this episode:

    • Why gifts started your life and don't have to stay forever
    • Why the item sitting unused in your home is the real waste
    • How to keep what you're using in a tight season, and release the projection about the future
    • The two things Lauren missed out of everything she released
    • A faith-rooted question: what am I putting my hope in?
    • The Someday Box, a 90-day test for things you struggle to release

Mini Move: Pick one item you're keeping for a hypothetical future. Finish the sentence: "I'm keeping this because I'm afraid that ___." Then ask whether you use it and will realistically use it this season. If you're unsure, box it, label it 90 days out, and set a reminder.

  • I Was Asking My Products to Fix Me
    Sep 23 2026

In today's episode, Lauren shares the story of "this will fix me," a pattern of chasing products and purchases hoping they'd fix something that was never actually about the product. Using the Perspective Pivot™, she walks through the real cost of this story, what's actually driving it, and what changed when she stopped looking for an external fix.

Mini Move: Look at your beauty products, wardrobe, or devices. Is there an area where you're hoping an item will do for you what it was never built to do?
