A proposito di questo titolo

This is a podcast about male vulnerability. Following a year of critical self-reflection and personal development for both of us, we found ourselves discussing a range of topics that we quickly realised weren’t being discussed in our other male friendship circles. As males, we find it very easy to express our thoughts without any consideration for our emotions. So our aim was to try to be as vulnerable with our emotions as we are free with our thoughts. From gender roles to the importance of maintaining platonic female friendships, we felt that by opening up the conversation, we could help spark further conversation. To raise further questions, which we believe will help whoever listens to develop a better understanding of themself and those around them. We’re still learning how to better express our thoughts and emotions. Join in on the conversation and grow with us.Eddie and Alex Igiene e vita sana Psicologia Psicologia e salute mentale
