Are you humble? Do you try to reason you’re way out of a problem or do you ask, “What did I get wrong here?”
When you’re asked why you’re not humble, do you blame someone else or do you take ownership? Is this a “them” problem or a “you” problem? Is there something you might need to change internally instead?
When was the last time you allowed pride to protect your image rather than invite humility in to improve your leadership?
