Going back again in time when I needed constant reminders of my own power that I already have solely due to that I exist. I created this meditation that felt like a boost of confidence. Allow this to remind you about your inner power. An energy you already have, tap into it and let go of your insecurity. It’s been over 10 years since I created this audio, but I’m in a nostalgic period… I guess it’s still so precious to me, due to the importance of the topic. Enjoy and leave a comment if you like.
