About Eric:
I am an energetic and inspiring professional with over 25 years of sales, sales training and leadership experience. My tenacious leadership and training skills are complemented with an eternal optimism.
I knew early on I was driven to help people identify their value. I started out in sales and grew to be a General Sales Manager/Managing Business partner. Early in my career I learned it is critical to invest in my people through training. Throughout my training process, I learned, the only way to gain respect from others was through my example. As a result of this we gained mutual respect. Collectively throughout my career I successfully closed over $100 million in vehicle sales, over 20,000 transactions and led over 2000 team members to success with my eternal optimism.
The thing I enjoy the most is connecting with businesses and their sales teams by leading workshops where we help them identify poor mindsets, bad behaviors, bad beliefs and bad sales habits that keep them from hitting their goals and beyond. Success and growth depends on leadership. I believe it's important to have superior leadership in order to have superior sales teams. In order to create this environment, I will focus and work with Sales Managers to grow with their staff and be aligned with the same goals in mind.
I enjoy mentoring individuals to find positivity through struggles or negative situations with key principles through experience.
My goal after working with the business is to develop enthusiastic advocates and increase sales, profits and the environment.
