Our guest for this episode is Samantha Clarke, a marine geologist who found her way into academic development, working with educators to improve learning experiences for all students. As a Senior Lecturer in the Educational Innovation team at the University of Sydney, she leads programs focused on teaching development and peer review. As Program Director for the Peer Review of Teaching program, she's passionate about making the process supportive, connecting educators, and celebrating the great teaching that's already happening.
