Shannon is a Wirral-based tattoo artist, business owner, and mum to one very energetic little boy. She spends her days juggling tattoo machines, mum life, and the impossible quest to drink a hot cup of tea before it goes cold.

She’s passionate about proving that motherhood doesn’t come with a rulebook and that it’s perfectly okay to stop at one child, despite everyone and their nan asking, “So… when’s the next one?”. Shannon believes women should build the life they actually want, not the one society expects of them.

I’m Amanda! I am a Level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am also trained in pre and post natal exercise. I have been qualified for 7 years, working in a wide range of gyms and I have taught a wide variety of classes alongside doing 1-1 and small group sessions.

I run mum and baby fitness classes in order to create a safe space for mums to workout, with or without the children as I know how important it can be for both our physical and mental health.

I’ve created a podcast with mums, for mums, to talk about all things mum life. It's hard being a mum and it’s nice to know that you’re not the only one going through it. Whether it’s mental health struggles, juggling work/life balance, mum guilt and much more. We aim to cover all aspects of being a mum!
