We’re taking Drink KC out to Blue Springs, MO today with a visit to East Forty Brewing, a brewery and taproom with a heart of gold, a commitment to staying local, and the best dang Reuben quesadilla you’ll find outside of Ireland OR Mexico (or anywhere in between). We reminisce on our belated St. Paddy’s Day celebration there – or what we can remember of it, at least – and taste their Jackson County Common Lager.
