Blake - Listen to the Up to Par Podcast, and don’t be affraid to ask for help if you need it.

Marcie - Agree with brittany about getting your yearly physicals/checkups, also a pre-pre-pre promotion for a show featuring my lovely wife and some schmuck who lucked out when she decided to marry him.
