Why do we spend so much of our lives looking at what everyone else is doing and assuming that's the way we should be doing things too?
In this first conversation, I'm introducing Through a Different Lens and exploring what it means to do things differently, question expectations and stop assuming that different means less.
I'll be talking about neurodivergence, people-pleasing, dogs, dog guardians and what can happen when we lose ourselves in comparison and expectations.
Through a Different Lens is a space to think, question and look at things from another perspective. Sometimes that might be about dogs, sometimes people, sometimes neurodivergence and sometimes everything in between.
If you've ever found yourself wondering whether there's another way to do things, I'm really glad you're here.
