I want mines to be. So I let them know how their behavior says more than words.
The lack there of or the laziness when they are capable of better.
We cannot do everything for them and then wonder why they can't keep a job?
Why no relationship last with them in their 30's?
Why they pick horrible friends to hang with?
Why do they make unintelligent decisions?
There are so many things we have to stop doing for them and allowing a tech device to do for them too... it's dumbing them down.
