  • Ep62 How to Steward Your God-Given Gifts: 4 Dimensions of Wellbeing Every Christian Woman Needs
    Oct 7 2026

How to Steward Your God-Given Gifts: 4 Dimensions of Wellbeing Every Christian Woman Needs

Have you ever wanted to serve God faithfully but felt too exhausted, overwhelmed, or mentally cluttered to move forward?

In this episode of The Inflection Point, Dr. Naomi Kimuyu explores how caring for your internal wellbeing is part of faithfully stewarding your God-given gifts.

Through the story of Elijah in 1 Kings 19 and the truth of Ephesians 2:10, discover why God cares about the woman carrying the calling—not just the work she is called to do.

We explore four dimensions of wellbeing that shape how you recognise, express, and steward your giftedness:

    • Emotional wellbeing: Notice what you are carrying, bring your emotions honestly to God, and practise healthy boundaries.

    • Physical wellbeing: Listen to your body, honour your limits, and embrace rest as part of faithful stewardship.

    • Spiritual wellbeing: Remember that your identity in Christ comes before your assignment. You are loved before you accomplish anything.

    • Intellectual wellbeing: Make space to think, reflect, learn, and process instead of constantly consuming information.

    1. Do a daily energy and capacity audit.

    2. Create space for no-guilt rest.

    3. Practise an emotional boundary reset before saying yes.

Choose one dimension of wellbeing—emotional, physical, spiritual, or intellectual—and spend seven days noticing how you are doing.

Ask God: “What are You showing me about this area of my life?”

Then identify one small act of faithful stewardship you can practise this week.

    • Which dimension of wellbeing needs more intentional care in this season?

    • How might your wellbeing be affecting the way you steward your God-given gifts?

    • What is one faithful, practical step God may be inviting you to take?

    Sep 30 2026

You know you’re saved by grace—but have you ever stopped to ask what God saved you for?

Ephesians 2:10 says we are God’s workmanship, created inChrist Jesus for good works He prepared in advance for us to do.

But what do those good works actually look like?

In this episode of The Inflection Point, we explore theconnection between salvation, purpose, giftedness, and the ordinary ways Godmay already be working through you. We’ll look at why your gifts are about more than what you’re good at—and how your motivations, patterns, and impact may reveal something about how God designed you.

Your good works won't necessarily look like someone else's.

The question is: What has God entrusted to you, and how will you steward it?

    Sep 16 2026

In this episode of The Inflection Point, Naomi explores identity in Christ, healing, giftedness, faith, and purpose for women navigating difficult seasons. Your experiences may shape your story, but they don't have to define who you are.

    You'll discover how to:

    • Recognise when pain has become part of your identity
    • See your story through the lens of God's faithfulness
    • Recognise how your story can reveal your giftedness
    • Steward your healing and giftedness together
    • Rebuild your understanding of identity in Christ
    • Move forward in your purpose and calling, even while healing

  • Ep 57 Comparison Is Exhausting Your Calling
    Sep 2 2026

Have you ever looked at another woman’s life and wondered:

Why does she seem so confident?
Why does her ministry seem to be growing?
Why does she seem to know exactly what God has called her to do?
Why am I still trying to figure things out?

Comparison can quietly shift our attention from what God is doing in our lives to what He appears to be doing in someone else's.

And the cost may be greater than we realise.

In this episode of The Inflection Point, we explore how comparison can affect your confidence, purpose, calling, and ability to recognise the gifts God has uniquely placed in you.

Drawing from the story of Elijah and Paul's teaching about the many parts of one body, we'll look at why different doesn't mean less valuable—and why your calling isn't measured by visibility, but by faithfulness.

    But here's the question:

What might change if you stopped measuring your journey against someone else's and started faithfully stewarding what God has already entrusted to you?

Listen to the full episode to explore how to break the comparison cycle, rediscover gratitude, and embrace your unique God-given gifts.
