With their sanctuary's power completely drained, the Devil's Unit must now find a new source of energy. They will have to infiltrate the most dangerous place imaginable and steal a stockpile of plutonium. But first, they will have to take the weapons and vehicles left over from the battlefield and make a trade with another mercenary group for fuel to get there. The only problem, Rodney is aware, and is using the only tool at its disposal to stop the Devil's Unit from intruding - broadcasting fake news to tarnish their name and make them an enemy of the people in the surrounding lands, with hopes the Devils will be destroyed before they can access Rodney's sanctuary.

As Rusty and Max make their way home by foot, Mr Tickles's army has already reached the gates of Manhattan and is demanding the surrender of Jade and Brian. Now they must come up with a plan to deal with Tickles and his army at the same time before their sanctuary runs out of power and loses its defense capabilities. The Bear has allowed Rusty, Max, and Brian to leave Oasis Sanctuary to rescue his old friend Jade, with some terms, and has provided them with weapons and a spare Bulk Semen delivery truck, which Rusty is very reluctant to accept. Now they must find Jade, before she is taken to Mr. Tickles. Meanwhile, Jade uses her counter-terrorism training to really "get to know" her captors, inside and out.
