On episode 8 we spoke about how for a while now I have been living life a bear in a cave. Trapped in my comfort zone. Happy to just work, come home, lock the door behind me and just comfort eat. As a result the weight has piled on and its finally come to boiling point.

Episode 9 I go live to my TikTok & Youtube community and i discuss how this week I've started putting the wheels in motion. Setting goals, Creating a life of purpose. I no longer want to just live. I want to thrive and I hope to have you join me on my Journey.

Welcome my friend, Hope you are keeping well ?

I'am very sorry i've not been around, my head has been in a very dark place and i have had alot of behind the scenes stuff i've had to deal with. As a result my mental and physical health have suffered.

I have woken, left the deep dark cave i've been living and i'am here today to bare my Arse to the world.

As men we all have behind the scene shit going on in our lives that we feel is best locked away. We think its best to keep them to ourselves and not tell anyone. This simply is not true.

This podcast is here for you to see my progress and hopefully be a platform for you to share your issues. A problem shared is a problem halved right?
