The life of Vincent Van Gogh is well documented. Anyone that has ever held a pencil, dabbled with watercolour or hacked off their own lughole in a delirium of misplaced romanticism, has heard his name.
But the tale of Vincent van Gogh is truly a tale of two tales, interwoven together to look like one tale, and then forgetting about the half of the tale that explains the main bit of the tale lest it upset someone who thinks they know all about art history and sh*t.
