• Affectation by Caries: In cases of caries, it is essential to perform a reconstruction with an effective seal and adequate aesthetics. Conservation is essential; porcelain inlays or crowns will be applied only when necessary to preserve tooth structure.
• Decay Affecting the Pulp: If the decay has reached the pulp of the tooth, a root canal is considered. However, it is important to refrain from performing root canals on teeth that cannot be successfully reconstructed.
• Periodontal involvement: In situations of periodontal involvement, basic or advanced treatments can be applied, including surgical options, depending on the severity of the case.
• Periodontal Involvement and Sublingual Caries: In cases where both periodontal involvement and sublingual caries are present, we proceed with a quality endodontics. In addition, special attention is paid to sealing the dental piece with the appropriate material. If the material used for the filling is a crown, an optimal prosthetic fit will be guaranteed.
