Denise Klein didn't scale by working more hours. She scaled by building a system that didn't need her in the room: delegate and duplicate.

Denise started at nineteen, answering phones in title and escrow. Four decades later, she leads the Klein Team Nevada, known as The Dream Maker, and coaches agents nationwide through Workman Success International.

In this episode, Denise breaks down the international office she built entirely on Zoom during COVID, where her team handles 75% of day-to-day agent contact, freeing her up to stay front facing with clients. She walks through the referral model that flips the standard 25% split into a 50/50 partnership, and how she's taken that blueprint from Las Vegas to a second team in Boise, Idaho.

She also shares the story behind the system: quitting a $300,000 VP role and going home to tell her husband, "We just hired our first employee," the moment she realized she was the employee.

If you're ready to stop being the ceiling on your own business, this episode is for you.
