    Jun 21 2023

I will be looking at the social and societal engineering of black, brown, and indigenous people in the United States. With a view into how social engineering was designed to create a certain type of people when it comes to black, brown, and indigenous people in the inner city urban areas and on the reservations.

This is part one of a 2 part series exploring a part of the historical past and present associated with the methods used in conjunction with the system of institutional racism in America.

Especially in the lives of black and brown people in the inner cities.

  • RuNette Nia Ebo The Poet of Purpose
    Apr 5 2023
As April is National Poetry Month, I thought it only fitting that episode # 6 should feature one of the most prolific poets of our time and she is also a long-time personal friend of mine as well. Her name is RuNett Nia Ebo and she is affectionately known as the Poet of Purpose. As the Poet of Purpose Miss Ebo has been writing poetry since 1960. She is best known for her signature poems, "What Did You Make Roaches Fo,", and the infamous "Lord Why Did You Make Me Black", which has been published in various books and magazines including Chicken Soup for the African American Soul, it is also one of the most plagiarized poems on the planet. Her raps= "Look What We Did", Part 1 and 2, and her parody= "Pull Yo’ Pants Up" are two very well-known bodies of work by Ms. Ebo. Miss Ebo (aka Mrs. Gray) a resident of Philadelphia, PA has been a guest on several radio stations locally and outside of the city as well. She has appeared on stage at the African American Museum, Freedom Theater, and Fresh Visions Youth Theater. Ms. Ebo has also self-published several paperbacks and chapbooks and has been a guest speaker at schools, churches, and community non-profit organizations inside and outside of the United States. Adding to her list of accomplishments are 2 plays and several gospel songs written by her. Poetess Ebo was featured as the author of the month in Kwee Magazine (Oct 2016), a Liberian publication where she now has a regular column called "Keeping It Real". This is also the name of the blog she does for her church, Germantown Church of the Brethren where she has been officially appointed Poet-in-Residence. In 2006, Sister Ebo established "Poet-Ify": Poetry to Edify, a family-friendly poetry venue where poets, spoken word artists, musicians, singers, and more come and share their God-given talent on the open mic or as features. Since 2011, RuNett has blessed the mic at various venues with her Partner-In-Rhyme, Victoria “The Axiom” Peurifoy. Ms. Ebo is also devoting a lot of her time to helping the next generation of poets in becoming the voices and storytellers of the future.

  • White Supremacy For Dummies Pt. 3 Series Conclusion
    Mar 18 2023

This episode will conclude the series on White Supremacy For Dummies and deals with what white supremacy does to white folk in America. It asks the question, "Do white folk really understand the system they are responsible for creating and the fact that it is a small group of their own people who control it all"?

"Do they understand its overall effect on them in spite of the benefits they supposedly receive differently from the way minorities receive them unequally and disproportionally"?

"Do they understand the consequences that come as a result of ignoring the evil that is and has been their system of supremacy and the fact that you reap what you sow"?

This episode will attempt to look at and answer these questions.

  • White Supremacy For Dummies Pt. 1
    Mar 1 2023

This episode looks at the history and creation of the term "White Supremacy" and seeks to provide a clearer understanding of what it is and its historical existence in both the world and especially in the United States, in the lives of black, brown, and indigenous people. The subject matter also asks the question and attempts to answer, 'do whites truly understand their own system of white supremacy", and how it affects their lives in spite of it being their system, controlled by them.

This is a 3 part series that will deal with the fact that supremacy is not just a white anomaly, but can be attributed to every culture and ethnic group in some capacity throughout the history of the world and mankind, exploring the fact that the desire to be supreme is something that is part of the human condition.

Finally, this series of episodes will take a very serious look at the mindset of supremacy and what that mindset entails and does to the human condition as shown throughout history.
