It's September, and with all the talk about the 'great lock-in,' it’s the perfect time to remind ourselves where our focus truly belongs—on Christ. It’s easy to get caught up loving the things of this world, but Scripture calls us to stay grounded in faith. Don’t be like Demas, who abandoned his mission because he loved the present world. Instead, let’s be like Onesimus—once separated, but restored to the kingdom family and made useful for God’s work.
‘Perhaps the reason he was separated from you for a little while was that you might have him back forever’ (Philemon 1:15).
If you’ve been distracted, this is a call to return, refocus, and be fruitful for the kingdom.
