One thing that was proven this week was that an apology is simply words… Words put into the air, and damn… we can’t even dance to them anymore!

Evaluating your actions, support, and reliability in your friendships can cultivate stronger bonds and meaningful connections. Show me your friends… and it’ll show me who you are.

Be Clear… I know what love is - through learning what it isn’t... (yes, I said it.)

February 14th tends to cause ruckus for people all because of one cycle of 24-hours dedicated to the space of love… dare I call it like!!?

I mean I get it- we *sigh* go through it… The Bible spells out what love is but at times I think they left some stuff out.

I had a friend shove two pieces of heart shaped candy in my hand and say “that’s it - that’s all I’m doing!!” And turned her head in haste. Mind you.. it was only February 13th. Truth be told .. love has left a lot of us eff’d up.

I refuse to talk about the lack of love, instead, I want to talk about what love has been to me… and to you.
